Feedback from my Clients

During my 15 years of practice, I’ve worked with many types of people experiencing a wide range of issues. With their commitment and my guidance, we were able to resolve many of their difficulties, enabling them to thrive and lead healthy, and even exuberant, lives.

It’s my privilege to highlight some of their most exciting accomplishments.

Bonjour Sigrid,

Words seem so inadequate to express my ‘thanks’ for helping me find my voice.

With your caring and understanding and lots of hugs, you have made me feel safe enough to realize that there has been this little girl trapped inside her whole life just waiting for someone to help her find her way out.
I look forward to the next chapter of this amazing journey! The saying ‘better late than never’ really is true.

I thank God every day for you, because without you I would never have the opportunity to get to know me.

My life will be forever changed because of you! Thank you for all of your time. Lots of Hugs!

Dear Sigrid,

My recent divorce left me traumatized, guilt ridden, and dysfunctional in my relationships, particularly with women. Frankly, at my ripe age (60), I did not know if I could ever fall in love again. In business settings, at every meeting, I was fearful of what I might say, fearing I might speak the wrong words -- always ‘walking on eggshells.’

Your compassion, coupled with your use of different approaches has given me a new lease on life. But more importantly, by trusting you, I have been able to trust others and myself again.

All my friends have noticed the difference. They say I have my old bounce back!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Dear Sigrid,

What a road I have traveled with you these past 18 months. With your expert guidance, I have learned countless necessary skills and made such progress (including the ability to acknowledge -- and smile about -- an accomplishment!)

This small gift is to thank you for your gift of time to me. I hope with each glance you will remember how your hours of patience and caring have helped me along the path toward health.

Dear Sigrid,

This thank-you is an attempt to put words to the feelings of gratitude that I have for all that you have done. Your patience and support have made such a huge difference in my life.

I am so thankful that you were my guide on this journey. I appreciate all that you have done to help me reach the happiness I have in my life.

You have shown me my courage and strength that has led me towards balance and love ...

Words cannot express what you have done for me and how thankful I truly am. It is great to know that I can call on you in the future as needed. Thanks again!!!

              Sincerely FRG

Trust is knowing that:

  • you won’t intentionally hurt me
  • you will be there for me when I need you
  • you won’t sacrifice me for your self interest
  • you can be counted on to work in behalf of my best interests
  • ultimately, I will be better off for having trusted you

Courage is not the absence of fear. In fact, you may never conquer your fears. Courage is making your commitment to your vision larger and more inspiring than the energy you give to your fear.
